Produced by O.D.76.0mm/63.5mm tubes In accordance with EN 1065 standardSafety loading capacity at different heights20KN (Class D) at 2.5m,3.0m,3.5m,4.0m,5.0m,5.5m
30KN (Class E) at 3.0m, 3.5m, 4.0m.
Durability: with hot-dipped galvanization on all surface.Packing: 80pcs/pallets
Type 2:ASP Props&ALP Props
standard props(15KN ASP) and light duty props(10KN ALP) made by O.D.60/48 tubes for different projects while the cost is considered important.
Type 3:AUP Props(Acrow prop type)
Welded by robot, produced according to AS 3610 Standard, carrying working load capacity (8KN-25KN) at different extension, 1.83 meters, 2.8 meters, 3.4 meters, 3.97 meters and 4.9meters with cold galvanization.
Components details of adjustable height steel props for formwork:
Prop head:150x150mm plates with holes for securing to timber beams or facilitating the use of accessories. Prop inner tube:48.0mm O.D., with holes at 152.5mm centers, tube diameter enables standard scaffold tube and couplers to be used for balancing purposes. Prop outer tube:60.3mm O.D., bottom plate identical to prop head,reduction couplers enable standard scaffold tube to be connected to outer tube for bracing purposes. Welding quality: all welds to be neat, clean, full and penetrating to AS/BS.Surface finishing:cold galvanization.
